Ingredients:
1 egg, size M
1 teaspoon of mustard, e.g. gourmet mustard
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
250 ml of Polski rapeseed oil
pinch of salt and pepper (to enhance the taste)
Rinse the egg in hot water, crack the egg into a tall dish. Add the mustard and lemon juice. Put a blender inside the container, lean it against the bottom and pour oil over it. Blend for 10 seconds until mayonnaise appears. Continue blending, slowly lift the tip of the device and the mayonnaise will rise with it and mix properly. Then, with a slightly faster and smooth movement, lower the blender to the bottom of the container. Repeat the above sequence 2-3 times (top – bottom) until the mayonnaise is ready.
The ready mayonnaise should be placed in the refrigerator and consumed within a maximum of 7 days.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons of Polski oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
pinch of salt and pepper (to enhance the taste)
Mix honey, oil and lemon juice thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the taste. Vinegar or Dijon mustard can be used instead of lemon juice.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Polski oil
100 g of cashew nuts
450 ml of almond milk
100 g of cane sugar
2 tablespoons of agave syrup
100 g of seasonal fruit
Soak cashews for about 12 hours in cold water, then drain and blend with the rest of the ingredients until a smooth mass is obtained. Pour into a mould and place in the fridge for an hour. After an hour, put the mould into the freezer and beat it every 30 minutes with a mixer at low speed (for about a minute). This way, the ice cream will be creamy.
Ingredients:
100 ml of Polski oil
20 g of walnuts
25 g of Parmesan cheese
leaves from 2 bunches of radishes
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
clove of garlic
pinch of salt and pepper (to enhance the taste)
Place the rinsed radish leaves in a blender, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. This will be perfect addition to pasta, toast or baked eggs.
Ingredients:
125 ml of Polski oil
220 g of sugar (1 cup)
4 eggs, size M
250 g of flour (1.5 cups) + 10 g for sprinkling on fruit
1 teaspoon of baking powder
few drops of vanilla flavour
seasonal fruit
Rinse eggs in hot water, beat the eggs with sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add oil and continue to mix. Then add flour, sugar, baking powder and vanilla flavour, and mix until smooth. Grease the baking sheet with fat and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, pour the dough (up to a height of 2 cm). Wash your favourite fruits, wait till dry, cut them into pieces, sprinkle them with flour and place them on the dough. Put into the oven preheated to 170 °C and bake for about an hour. After baking, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
